Frederik Jouke van de Siepkamp

Born in the Netherlands and lived in many countries, this artist has developed over the years a distinctive and unique style of painting.
This style he calls conical pointillism. This technique consists of a base design on which one by one conical dots are placed with a very small brush. Because this way of painting is very time consuming the edition is limited. Some of his paintings do exist of over 150.000 dots and took many months to create. All his paintings are made with the best quality of oil available !

Frederik Jouke van de Siepkamp enjoyed an academic education of four years in sculpture, but is autodidact in painting.
